FMCSAFiler.com does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: cancellation before the end of a billing period, dissatisfaction with the service, failure to use the service, or regulatory outcomes. Because our services consist entirely of electronic content and digital access that is made available immediately upon purchase, they are non-returnable and non-refundable under the electronic delivery nature of the product. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have a billing dispute, contact us at support@fmcsafiler.com before initiating a chargeback — unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMCSAFiler.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
